How far in advance do I have to book?
The more time you can give me, the better, giving me time to plan and source every detail, but I can sometimes accommodate requests with less lead time. Just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!
Can I book a tasting?
Absolutely. I hold supper club tastings on select dates, where you can try a selection of ingredients and dishes with other clients. It’s a really relaxed and fun event that captures the sharing spirit of my catering and is a lot less stressful than the long, drawn out tastings of a traditional caterer. There will be a free welcome drink but you are also welcome to bring a bottle!
Can you cater for my guests’ allergies?
Yes, and it’s one of the many brilliant things about my style of catering. Not only can certain items such as gluten free bread be provided, but guests can pick and choose which elements they want to eat – so it suits fussy eaters too! And it means you don’t have to try and pick courses that please everyone, which always leads back to bland chicken…
Do you provide waiting staff?
Yes, you will be provided with staff appropriate to the number of guests when you book The Wedding Feast or Afternoon Tea packages.
Will you clear away at the end of my event?
As my collection of props are integral to the dining experience, my team and I will clear away and collect all items after your event.
Do you supply plates, cutlery and glasses?
I have an ever-growing collection of beautiful heirloom and contemporary pieces, which are included in every package. You’ll never find disposable, throwaway plastic items, because everything just tastes better on quality serve ware! Glassware is included in the wedding feast package and available to hire for all other services. Additional items like tablecloths, flowers, tables, and chairs are not included, however I can source these for you from my network of talented and likeminded suppliers.
