I founded The Curated Kitchen to provide you with an alternative to formal catering that is both luxurious and relaxed. Inspired by the irresistible Italian style of feasting at my own wedding, my approach simplifies the catering process and puts the natural beauty of fine produce centre stage.
This is dining with all your senses – the unmistakable scent of fresh strawberries, the beauty of heirloom serveware, the sensation of unexpected flavours, the sound of crusty bread devoured between bursts of excited chatter.
It’s all about creating warm, inviting moments of sheer indulgence.

You could say that food is the second love of my life (after my son, husband and family!).
From helping my mum to magic something from nothing as a young child, to my time working in restaurants, to the years spent running my own cake and afternoon tea business – I’ve never been far from the kitchen!
Now, I bring my passion for food, styling and natural multi-tasking flair for organisation to The Curated Kitchen. I offer the full service management you’d expect from a traditional catering company with flexible menu options to cater for all tastes and requirements, simplifying what can be a time consuming and stressful process.
Knowing where my produce comes from and supporting small businesses that put as much love into their food as I do is so important to me. Which is why everything is made in-house with thought and care, using organic, free range, and responsibly sourced ingredients wherever possible. That means even my homegrown edible flowers make an appearance when in season!
When I do hang up my apron and step out of the kitchen, I love to travel and get fresh inspiration for the ingredients, flavours, and styling of my food.
