At the end of last year, I was joined by some of my favourite people at The Allbright for a very special event: our very own The Curated Kitchen launch! I wanted to do something extra special to celebrate the rebrand, honouring both how far my business had come, as well as the exciting future ahead. And what a wonderful night it was! The guests – a select list of industry insiders and friends – were treated to an evening of festive grazing, treats and fizz, ‘The Curated Kitchen way’! I was so lucky to be helped in putting together my dream launch event by some brilliant suppliers, including thebrandstudio, Emma Soulsby Flowers (who created the most gorgeous centrepieces that really complemented the grazing table food), Kate Cullen (who provided the exquisite linens) and White Olive Design Studio (who made the beautiful invitations and stationery).

The invitations were one of my favourite touches and really set the tone for a festive, indulgent evening! I wanted to give the guests a little taste of what they could expect from The Curated Kitchen, so I put together little ribbon tied boxes with some festive goodies that included my red onion marmalade, a cute cookie cutter (followed by my festive spiced biscuit recipe), and of course my famous brownies. Guests were also given favour bags which included my favourite Godminster Organic Cheddar, some delicious artisan crackers and my own vodka cranberry sauce.

Guests were invited to dine in laid-back luxury, The Curated Kitchen’s specialty. The table was laden with an abundance of carefully curated produce including local fine cheeses, artisan cured meats, and lots of fresh seasonal produce! Here’s what guests tucked into:
