A 40th birthday is an occasion worth celebrating, and our client Kirsty certainly did it in style! This fabulous, stylish (and slightly outrageous) party was the perfect way to celebrate entering those ‘naughty forties’. The theme for the evening was opulence, and the venue was Kirsty’s stunningly designed home, where I created a landscaped grazing table in her beautiful, modern kitchen. (This is what kitchen islands were made for!)
The grazing table design included lots of foliage, florals and gold leaf to match the decadent décor. As a centrepiece, we had a The Curated Kitchen celebration cake, which was also decorated with gold leaf, chocolate drips, and a festive sparkly topper! The menu also included savoury favourites like luxury scotch eggs, pork pie, charcuterie, and a selection of artisan breads and cheeses. On the sweet side, there was a tower of fresh iced doughnuts and my famous gilded brownies, along with pale pink meringue roses.
As you can see, curated grazing tables are a wonderful option for birthday party catering! The relaxed Italian way of eating allows guests to mix and mingle freely and encourages them to interact as they try a variety of delicious treats. Plus, our grazing tables always make a big impression, which makes them a perfect statement piece to wow your guests!
